    Hi, I am having issues with my internet connection only when I play online multiplayer video games like Call of Duty, Rocket League, etc.. Any web browsing or YouTube/Twitch/Netflix watching works great for me. Only when I try to play online video games does my connection show high latency variation and packet bursts. I am currently using Xfinity GB Internet - I am wireless connection. Several months ago I was wired and had absolutely no internet problems but due to current living situations I cannot wire my PC via ethernet. My network has probably around 9-12 devices connected to it - my p

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    I understand that the game doesn’t save the progress made on your account, I suggest to follow the steps given below.

    • Please navigate to:
      C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Packages.
    • Under Packages folder, locate the file
      Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame
      and move it to some other location.
    • Relaunch your game and see if you can save the game progress.

      If you still face the same issue, I suggest to post your query on
      Forza Forums.

    Odd Burst of Static when launching Game

    I'm running into a similar problem as of a few days ago. I hear a short burst of static when launching some games. Everything works fine once they're open but the static burst happens every time they're launched.

    It doesn't happen for every game. I've noticed it in Shovel Knight, Endless Legend (happens AFTER the intro videos), Outland. Doesn't happen in The Witcher 3, Stasis, Nuclear Throne and Metal Gear Solid 5.

    I have a P67 SLI motherboard from EVGA using on-board RealTek sound. Titan X. Windows 10 Pro 64.
