Windows 10: Struggling to get Windows Family up and running-Can anyone help?

On the face of it the setup looks fine. However there are a couple of things that don't seem right.My son now has two login options, his old one that he can still login with and the email address for the child account of family. When you click that one, nothing happens and it takes me back to the main login.

There is nothing in his activity as I can only seem to login to the PC under his original login and not his Family login-Any thoughts?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Child option not present in Windows 10 Family Safety

• Are you trying these steps in admin account or a local account?

The steps given in the link ahs to be performed in the Website and a invite has to sent from the web and check if it helps.

I suggest you to refer the link and check the Add a child account to your family and check
if it helps.
