Windows 10: Struggling to install windows 10

Can’t install windows 10

Heyy there guys. Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but , I was wondering if I could get any help on this one , usually I am really capable of sorting out windows errors or installs but I’ve been stumped on this one I recently deleted my windows on my hard drive to downgrade , my windows had errors so I got a lower version and created a windows bootable usb with version 1909 , it got to the install screen but failed every time , it copied 100% in one second but at the same percent on installing it failed , so I created a usb with Microsoft’s windows 10 tool and I’m currently trying to install it , everytime I boot to the usb using uefi or legacy it either gives a solid blue screen in uefi or a orange screen with white lines and I can’t get past it , I know this to be bitlocker but I haven’t ever used bitlocker and I’ve had this hard drive from brand new it has no faults , when I remove all devices and hard drives from my pc it is showing me Ubuntu from boot menu and I had Ubuntu months back on this hardrive and formatted it to install windows , I’m stuck I do not have a bitlocker passcode or any of the sorts, it is like the Ubuntu is on my motherboard.Thanks in advance. windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
