Struggling to stay connected to my wifi more then 10 ft from router

Key INFO:OS: Win 11Model: Lenovo Idea flex 5 laptop, AMD versionRouter: Verizon fios new modelLocation: Living room about 5ft from the ground and clear of obstruction Sorry for grammar in advanceI have an issue where my laptop struggles to stay connected more than 5-10 feet from my router. I have tried installing new drivers from the Lenovo website for my computer, but there is still no fix. I also have reset my router multiple times. I found this weird because I take this same laptop to university, and in all the buildings I seem to have no problems connecting to the wifi. Sometimes What

  2. Windows 10 Build 1511 breaks connection to wifi router

My Dell XPS 13 laptop updated to build 1511 today. Now my wifi will not stay connected to my router for more than two seconds. If I connect the laptop to my phone's hotspot it stays connected just fine. All other computers and my phones stay connected to
    the router with no issues.

I have verified that all of my devices drivers (including the wireless card) are up to date.

    Suggestions?

    5ghz wifi Won't Stay Connected

Hello, all! So, I have a Nuc10i7FNH that's connected to my router via wifi. My internet speeds are pretty good at around 300mbps. When I connect my PC to my router using 5Ghz, it won't stay connected. It will disconnect every few minutes or so and then I'll have to reconnect. It will keep doing this through about 6 or 8 repetitions, and then it will stay connected for good. It will stay connected for days. However, the next time the PC is restarted, it starts doing it all over again. My router is a Netgear Nighthawk AX2400. It does not have adjustable output power. Some quick notes: Every time I reconnect, I have to re-enter my wifi password. If I disconnect manually, I never have to enter a password when reconnecting. I've uninstalled the generic Windows network driver and installed the Intel driver but nothing changed. This never happens on 2.4Ghz wifi. Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0 Build 19044 44
