Windows 10: Stuck and not sure what to do.

I recently bought a new PC, and I’ve run into a lot of issues while setting up Windows 11 on it. I’ll skip all of that and cut straight to the latest issue: I turned off the lock on the PC with the Netplwiz Command which somehow locked my laptop and I absolutely could not get into it. How did turning off the lock on my PC mess up my laptop??. That didn’t work, because every time after that that I turned the PC on, it would say it couldn’t connect to the service and required me to put in my password… I checked, the Netplwiz Command checkbox is empty, so it shouldn’t be requiring a password re

Stuck in Windows 10 Upgrade

My computer seems to be stuck in a Windows 10 failed upgrade loop. I was running fine on a beta version of Windows 10, and then I came downstairs one morning to see it repeatedly booting, attempting to repair, then rebooting. The steps I've taken to diagnose are:

• Attempting to boot off a USB drive (with all drives disabled in BIOS) - this fails at the point of the blue windows screen
  
• Attempting to boot the machine itself and getting into "repair/safe mode" using F7
  
• Looking at the BIOS for obvious failures (e.g. RAM that should be there is missing) - nothing obvious is wrong.
  

I am fairly certain the build version was 9926. For many months, the system would attempt to upgrade, and then say "it failed" for some reason and roll back.

Suggestions for next steps?

Hey guys,

Sorry to post in this thread, but I am experiencing the same problem.
Followed all the steps and added all screenshot below.
chkdsk c: /F and SFC /SCANNOW came out clean.
log collector V2 link does not work, therefor no screenshot.
For all other applications I have added a screenshot below.

Please help me, I have no idea how to fix the problem. It just keeps getting stuck at the same screen.
