Windows 10: stuck at 1280x1040 if i do it stretches' the image instead of fixing it currently...

went through 5 hours of ms support told to do the same thing i already did searched ms and amd forums nothing 4/5 win 10 installs i keeps happening. everything is elongated and condensed, uninstalling drivers form ms and amd did nothing but make the pc slower and lose performance. this is what it looked like the pic with the steam window pic after it happened. one where it shows display is now, lastly the crystaldisk is what it should be. if it doesn't show it has done that I've had ms support use remote help can't remember the name saying it shows everything is fine on there end but for me its warped with the display being 1368x768 but its mixed with 1024x768 and the other resolution's I've tired to fix it with. i am legit upset i have to go through this for the better half of 3 months i refuse to re install 510gbs of data. you could say use a back up from before this happened wont work and if it does it repeats to this only thing was a windows wipe with is absolute ****

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?

 

Stretched image after a Windows 10 Update

It is possible that you're experiencing the issue after the update which image stretch horizontally due to corrupted/outdated drivers or compatibility issue. To efficiently assist you, we'd like to gather more information:

• Have you tried updating your drivers?
• Have you tried uninstalling then reinstall your drivers?

Restoring Windows 10 Image using Macrium Reflect


In addition to the above. Here's my suggestion in step by step.
I assume you have Macrium Installed in your current HD and already made a backup copy.

1. Connect your new HD via USB port and boot up.
2. Run Macrium, click on Restore tab then select the Backup Image that you made to restore
3. click on "select a different target disk" then select your new HD as destination
   
   
   
4. Proceed to restore then Shutdown and disconnect the old HD and replace with the new HD
5. Boot up with your new HD.
