Windows 10: stuck at 30 fps

    stuck at 30 fps


    i have a 60hz monitor and everything was fine before recently, now im locked on 30 fps when im browsing the internet, writing this, etc but videos and games load in 60fps. i tried to change my refresh rate in the display settings but for some reason the highest option is also 30fps..i swear it was 60 before. how do i fix this?

    nokia 5610 ....videos do not play smoothly at 30 fps QVGA

    The 5610 DOES NOT support 30 fps (as far as I know) so no setting will make it play 30 fps if it's not supported!



    If you must watch at 30 fps then you need an N95, N96, N86, N82, I don't know the full list, but not all devices can play 30 fps correctly.

    Standing by here waiting for the results of the fixes I gave you for FPS stuck at 60 fps which is a known issue which I gave you every available fix for.

    This is an interactive process. I give steps to perform, you do each one and then report back results until something works, so I know what to suggest next.     stuck at 30 fps

    Windows 10 desktop and ui running at 30 fps

    My specs are

    Intel w3680

    Rx 570

    16 gb ram

    This can be observed when you change the volume when a game is running,the fps suddenly drops from 100 to 30 and all windowed apps are also limited to 30 fps.
