Windows 10: Stuck at 64% factory reset keeps restarting

Hows it going i have hp pavilion intel i5 with geforce 1050ti graphics this computer has been awesome up until now i was planning on selling the computer so i wanted to factory restore the computer for the next person everything was going fine until i got to installing windows.... the first time around it got to 64% and just starting restarting nonstop i saw some forums say that you sometimes you just have to let it take its course so i let it sit for about 8 hours overnight woke up and it was still restarting.... next i went into my bios and restarted the whole reset process. again it was going fine until i got to windows install it got to 64% and stopped working and kept restarting i tried this process one more time resetting the reset and still same result now i have to tell the person im selling to that i cant give them the laptop yet and im very frustrated that this is even happening rn... all of these forums say to use a usb with media creation but this is the only computer i had im very dissapointed that i even have to go through this rn but please if you can help and save me a trip to a computer repair store i would appreciate it!

Windows 10 computer Factory reset stuck at 64%

I have this exact issue at the moment. The factory reset is stuck at 64% and no, the answer given wasn't very helpful AT ALL. The screen is still stuck at 64%, what's the next step i should take? Should i manually force the PC to shut down and start it back
up? Urgent, thanks.

 

Windows 10 computer Factory reset stuck at 64%

My computer is stuck at the factory reset page at 64% and it wouldnt move for a long time already. Is my computer lost forever? I tried force manually restarting through pressing the off button but the process of restarting just keeps continuing and
the comp just keeps showing 64% before it proceeds to restart again. I cant do anything. Help please need my computer urgently
