Windows 10: Stuck at BIOS after trying to use CMD to fix missing Profile

I was at the blue screen after advanced restart to try and do a system restore after multiple attempts to restart and restore all day yesterday.Unfortunately, I seem to get stuck at step 6, returning to the first screen after using CMD to use the command "net user administrator /active: yes"I don't see the option to return to the first screen, but after I close the command prompt, it goes to the option of eitherA Troubleshoot, leading to more options like system restore didn't work, System Image Recover didn't work, Startup Repair same result, Command Prompt, UEFI/BIOS Firmware settings

Hello I went to try to follow the instructions here to fix the temp profile issue I am having with Windows ten after upgrading from 7 a few months ago and I got to the step of the registry ....I don't see the user profile lists as in your pictures I see the below items in my pictures which look completely different then yours. I don't want to miss anything up as I have both of my baby's last three years of pictures on the laptop that I need to get to. Please help!

 

Stuck in Windows 10 Upgrade

My computer seems to be stuck in a Windows 10 failed upgrade loop. I was running fine on a beta version of Windows 10, and then I came downstairs one morning to see it repeatedly booting, attempting to repair, then rebooting. The steps I've taken to diagnose are:

• Attempting to boot off a USB drive (with all drives disabled in BIOS) - this fails at the point of the blue windows screen
  
• Attempting to boot the machine itself and getting into "repair/safe mode" using F7
  
• Looking at the BIOS for obvious failures (e.g. RAM that should be there is missing) - nothing obvious is wrong.
  

I am fairly certain the build version was 9926. For many months, the system would attempt to upgrade, and then say "it failed" for some reason and roll back.

Suggestions for next steps?
