Windows 10: stuck at boot logo and after a minute it displays a blue screen with the following "DPC...

I even tried almost every steps on the internet like sfc, chkdsk and offline defender scan and many more and even tried resetting windows and did factory reset using asus recovery tool and still this issues persist and i am having this issue for almost a year and i really don't know whether it is caused by software or a hardware. And also i game sometimes and there is no such issues while gaming or doing some stuffs. Even i have saved a memory dump file. 3min delay when booting at windows blue logo

Update:

1. I tried booting using the Diagnostic startup, no change
2. I unplugged the HDD as it was used for internal backups, no change

On symptom I forgot to mention is I have a RGB keyboard and mouse. During the Bios startup, these are lit up, but once Windows blue logo screen is displayed, they turn off until 3 minutes has passed and then the Windows finishes booting up.

If you are unable to boot to the computer and installation get stuck at blue logo box then I would suggest you to create installation media and then try to per form automatic repair and see if it helps you to fix the issue.



Step 1: Create ISO for Windows 10

Step 2: Perform an Automatic repair

The Automatic repair can detect and fix the issues that prevent the computer from working normally.

After you have a Windows 10 installation disc/USB, follow these steps:

• When your computer starts, wait for the manufacturer logo to check the option for boot menu, it will usually be F12.
• The boot menu key might differ with each manufacturer. If you are unable to find the boot menu key, you may refer the user manual.
• Restart the computer, when the manufacturer's logo is displayed, keep pressing the Boot menu option key to enter the boot menu and change the boot option to CD\DVD ROM
  (in case you create DVD). Select USB in case you create USB.
• After you boot your computer using Windows DVD or System Repair Disc, a black screen appears with gray text "Press
  any key to boot from CD or DVD". Press any key.
• Select the correct time and Keyboard type.
• Click Repair your computer in the lower left corner.
• Click on Troubleshooting, advanced option and
  then click Startup Repair.

Black Screen, Blue Logo stuck

I went to boot up my computer, and it got stuck on the black screen with the blue logo. I restarted my computer and it still persisted. I have a Windows 8.1 installation disk if it helps.
