Windows 10: Stuck at "Preparing to install"

Discus and support Stuck at "Preparing to install" in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; My Windows 10 background download was complete but now its stuck at preparing to install?     Russian keyboard stuck in "preparing to install" phase

    Well, the issue sorted itself out in the meantime, if anyone has a keyboard download stuck, just let the battery go low until the phone switches off. It could work.
