    Stuck at recovery screen while reinstalling Windows 10 - Your PC/Device needs to be repaired


    Hello there!While reinstalling Windows I get an error 0x000000e and it says "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired". At the bottom of the screen it says "press Enter to try again" along with "Press F8 for startup options" I am describing this in detail because for some reason I can't upload a picture on here. Now, neither of these options work - both the enter key and F8 don't do anything. Before booting, for the life of me, I can't enter BIOS to change anything. So I'm kind of stuck. I can't plug in my USB to boot from it because I can't set the boot options in BIOS, so I can't go on repair

    Hi,

    To address your concern, we suggest that you run the Windows Startup repair. To do that, follow these steps:

    • Using you installation media, access the Windows recovery environment.
    • Select Troubleshoot
    • Choose Advanced option
    • Choose Automatic Repair or Startup Repair.
    • Once done, your system will restart.

    For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),
