Windows 10: Stuck at Startup Repair?

The latest Windows 10 update caused a bluescreen loop. I managed to enter Windows Recovery, I selected advanced options, then startup repair, picked my account but it needs a password which I have forgotten and I can't go back. The option to go back to the recovery menu is gone.I can only select my account but don't remember my password, restarting the computer causes a bluescreen before it activates automatic repair and brings me back to select account for startup repair. F2, F8, Shift do not work.Microsoft Support suggest reinstalling Windows by USB.Are there any other options?Has anyone els

After doing this, I'm now totally dead in the water.





Can't even get back to Startup Repair.

 

Stuck in startup repair boot loop, C drive is in RAW  

I am not getting that error now. So I don't remember the exact words. Now after 'preparing for automatic repair' and spinning dots, windows starts and I see this screen.

After running startup repair using the bootable win 10 usb, I got this error.





How do I check esp partition and what exactly do I check in it?

How do I format it and recreate the boot critical files? Please share step by step methods.I'm doing all this for the first time.
