Windows 10: Stuck bitlocker recovery screen. Enter, Escape and F11 does not work or go back to exit...

I tried accessing bilocker trecovery using my microsoft email and it says no bitlocker tied to my email. Please helpAsus VivobookThis was bought in US last year and I move to canada to study. I dont remember setting up the bitlocker and if there is its in the box which is probably gone now. So I dont have any right now.All I wanted to reset this laptop

For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'.

Another option is to use software.

Stuck on bitlocker recovery screen

So this all started when I wanted to factory reset my computer, I did it and it was working fine but I got a TPM message thing and it told me if I wanted to erase or not, or something like that.

anyway I say erase and now its telling me to enter my bitlocker recovery key

1- I tried finding it on my devices section and it didn’t work.

2- everytime I press something like esc for more recovery options or f11 to choose an alternate operating system it just restarts the computer and brings me back to the same screen.

After some windows updates and a failed update, Computer starts in F11 recovery.

I didn't do this!

Any suggestions, I have been able only once to get back into windows, but now bit just keeps loading at start up with F11 recovery.

I have tried to run trouble shooter but unable to fix
