Windows 10: Stuck during reset

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post or not, so I'm posting everywhere I can.

Anyway. I have an older laptop, the fangbook HX6 that I got from a friend. It was sluggish at best, he just gave it to me without resetting it, so I decided to factory reset it myself. Only it's been stuck at 34% for what seems like an obscene amount of time for a factory reset. I am not a tech savvy person and don't have the money (thanks covid) to take it to someone knowledgeable. I've heard that windows 10 can be notorious for getting stuck during a reset, and I really don't want to brick this thing.

I plan on waiting a bit longer, but if it's not good, is there anything I can do?

Stuck at 64% after reset.

Hi,

• Even after resetting, does it still get stuck at 64%?

Stuck in black screen during Reset

How long has your PC been stuck in this screen?

I would suggest that you wait for a couple of hours and check if you are still stuck in this screen. If so I would suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if you are able to boot onto your desktop screen.

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
  
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.
