Windows 10: Stuck In A Blue Screen

Hey i have had this pc for about 3 years ive been play video games in it. a few days ago, i turned on my pc to see a blue screen saying restart your pc and advanced options. I restart the pc and saw the same thing i press countinue and tryed to countine but it would bring me back to the blue screen. I tryed setup repair and but it would say it wouldnt work and brought be back to the blue screen i tryed to reset the pc and chose keep my files. it took about 14 minutes then it brought me back to the blue screen. Im getting really fruatated and i dont know what else to do.
