Windows 10: Stuck in a boot loop after updating Windows 10 to 22H2

I've recently decided it's time to reinstall Windows and start from clean installation again.I used a bootable recovery flash drive from Dell that came with this laptop from shop which restored the OS to the factory state, which was some very early version of Windows 10.I then proceeded to install all available updates via Windows Update. The updates were installed in several rounds, each requiring restart. The final round, which was supposed to install the version 22H2, took more than 6 hours to download and prepare. After that it asked me to reboot and when i did, i found my laptop in a bo
