Windows 10: Stuck in a error loop after crashing while installing windows is it fixable?

I got a Asus ROG flow x16 at the start of the this year and it has been crashing over and over again so I ran a test on MyASUS in WinRE everything came out fine so I decided to reset my laptop completely it went well until when I was installing windows my laptop crashed mid installation and now I’m stuck in a loop where it just gives me a error “The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error, click ‘ok’ to restart the computer, then restart installation” and whenever I click on ok it just restart and gives me the same error or it just crashes. Is this fixable or do I ju

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
