Windows 10: Stuck in a loop while reseting laptop

Hello so i was full reseting my PC and encountered a problem. First it was around 49% and said that my device disk won't be fully wiped and then blue installing screen showed up. Afterwards a black screen "Preparing" came and showed The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To reinstall windows, click "ok" to restart the computer " I clicked and it repeated. It just goes in a loop. I tried opening winre, didn't work. I'm using an ASUS laptop please help me. Appreciate

Laptop Reset Loop

I decided to reset my laptop that i am using using an hdmi, because of broken lcd, i fully reset the laptop then when it turned on its stuck on a loop 64 % installation then restarts, then does the loop over and over again everytime i boot it up. is there
a fix for this? i use this laptop for programming so its important to me.

As per the information that you have provided, I suggest that you perform Power Drain as you are stuck in a loop and this might help you access the desktop screen. To learn how to perform this follow the steps below

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power
  cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system
