Windows 10: Stuck in a repair loop and I'm desperate need for solution

Stuck in a repair loop. I did a wipe of reset and now it will not boot windows at all. It's stuck on continue troubleshoot or turn off PC screen. I cannot restore system there is no saved option. I've clicked every option. Oh also I clicked to wipe everything and it couldn't do I clicked save everything and still nothing. Someone please help I'm lost and in desperate need
