    Stuck in a restarted unexpectedly loop after trying hard reset my computer and CMOS/BIOS...


    Prior to resetting my computer its performance was poor and its barely even a year old. After leaving it alone to download I came back to a screen that said “The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows cannot proceed. To install windows, click OK to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.” I’ve tried multiple times clicking OK and X to close the window. Both those didn’t work and kept returning me to that screen. I tried turning it on and off to access WinRe. A few times after repeatedly turning on/off the computer a blue box comes up and sa

    Computer stuck in loop

    Since you didn't mention it, did you reset the CMOS?

    Also, if the CMOS isn't the case, a looping/restarting computer could have to do with the CPU overheating.

    Computer stuck in loop of windows restarted unexpectedly, shift+f10 and shift+fn+f10. Aren't having any response any suggestions how to fix this?

    Stuck on “The computer restarted unexpectedly...”

    So I’m currently stuck in a looping “The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error.” I’ve tried hitting Shift + F10, but nothing happens. I’m on a Surface laptop right now. Any help would be appreciated.
