Windows 10: stuck in admin without windows or command prompt

I activated the admin account, but then my cat stepped on it and turned off the computer. if i turn it back on, it immediately loggs in as admin where the only thing i can do is try to turn on sound, which doesn't work. i have rebooted the thing severel times and come up with the same thing. if i click on any buttons, windows search bar people exet. it does nothing.

command prompt will not open in safe mode with command prompt

Would I just follow the same steps within safe mode after hooking up to the other system?

 

Command prompt as admin

i am locked out of windows by Bitlocker. I never installed Bitlocker so how it ended up on the PC I dont know but as a result, i do not have the key. I know how to look up the key if I run command prompt as admin. I can of course get to command prompt
via troubleshoot. So my questions is, FROM command prompt, is there a way i can give myself administrators privileges ? I know the admin password and so could provide if prompted. If that is not possible, I am open to any other suggestions before i do the
factory reset.

 

Stuck in Command Prompt

I wanted to run this command 'bootrec /fixmbr'

I did the follwing steps:

Choose a option - Troubleshoot - Advanced options - Command Prompt



I did all the steps until Command Prompt, at Command Prompt I got this error message “ You need to sign in as…….but there aren’t any administrator account on this pc”. The laptop is stuck at this step. I restarted it a few times and it turned on in command
prompt.

I found this on Microsoft community but for me it didn't work. I did the first step and it turned on directly in command prompt.

Follow the below steps:-

1) Press Shift and Restart from the power icon (together)

2) Select Troubleshoot.

3) Go to Advanced Options.

4) Select Command Prompt.

5) Type "net user Administrator /active:yes"

6) Hit Enter.



How can I fix this in order to use my laptop?
