Windows 10: Stuck in an inescapable BIOS loop

So my pc has been stuck in a BIOS loop many times already, however this time it's been going on for far too long. If I manage to leave the loop, my pc crashes not long after and the loop repeats. Through 90% of the loop, the boot options priority selection is completely inaccessible, which is the thing that pretty much fixes the loop, and I also removed most of the stuff that was connected to my pc to see if they were the issue. Unfortunately the loop remains but now it's even worse, now it barely loads correctly before the loop resumes, straight to the BIOS screen with less than a fraction of
