Windows 10: Stuck in an repeating install cycle

Hi:I`ve spent six or more hours with the chat but none of their suggestions help.I have d/l`ed the media creation tool twice and installedon 2 different USB sticks....The install program gets 100% of the files, etc then restarts after 10 seconds.Once this happens, I`m right back at the beginning screen again.I`ve disconnected everything from the MOBO except the SDD.This hardware has been running Windows for two years butrecently became corrupted,BTW,the official DVD doesn`t work at all.I need help please.

Task Switcher randomly gets stuck cycling windows


Good morning!

I am having an issue with the Task Switcher (see image below) activating on its own. It then begins to cycle through the open tasks very rapidly. When this happens I am unable to actually select any of the tasks, nor can I close them out. Windows is essentially frozen at this point and I have to restart.

A few things to note:

• I am running Windows 10 Pro.
• This happens randomly, sometimes weeks between an incident.
• Sometimes it happens while I am not even working at the computer. I've noticed it after returning to my desk.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

 

win 10 starts normally then after minutes begins to cycle the desktop

Completed all steps. Checker tool found no problems. The DNS flush was completed.

Machine still cycles the desktop and doesn't allow any programs to run.

Since it does not cycle in safe mode, that suggests some background program is the problem. What program would cause a repeated resetting of the desktop?

Suggestions?

 

Windows Defender offline stuck in cycle.

Windows Defender offline is stuck in Prparing to repair cycle. It goes from black Dell screen to Windows Defender off line box showing line with green stripe moving across like it's doing something. Then turns off to black screen. Then repeats over and
over and over. Nothing I have tried works to get this cycle to stop. Turn off computer it starts again. Press keys and no effect what so ever. Please help.
