Windows 10: Stuck in Aptio Setup Utility 2020!!!!!! ......NOT 2013, 2013, 2015, OR 2018.

I bought a 16.5 inch Evoo laptop exactly 2months later it crashed and when rebooted I got the stop code :critical process died . ever since then the laptop will only boot up in the Aptio setup utility which is the 2020 version 2.20.1271.Every tutorial Ive seen, ever thread Ive read though does not help. the steps taken cannot be followed on my end because my version is different and there isnt one out there that Ive seen that is helpful in anyway. Also ive pressed every F# i was told upon start up to get to the troubleshoot menu but to no avail it wont pop up all i get it the aptio utili

Stuck in Aptio Setup Utility 2013 American Megatrends, Inc.

My netbook is stuck in Aptio Setup Utility 2013. I tried disabling Secure Bot, Boot Option 1 & 2, and I saved changes and reset. It still put me in Aptio Setup Utility.

My Netbook is MSI S120 MS-11U1.

Please make it easy to understand, I'm not a techie.

 

Haier Laptop Stuck in Aptio Setup Utility-2018

I have a Hair Y11c that froze on me. I shut it down and restarted my laptop, now I am stuck in the Aptio Setup Utility 2018. Ive tried everything (there is no CSM option) and am still stuck in this menu and cant
boot up. Any suggestions?

Kindly do this basic steps just restart your computer and see if Aptio Setup Utility stuck is disappeared. If your PC still boots up to the setup utility instead of booting in the operating system, try other solutions to check.

Kindly follow these steps

1. Restart your PC.

2. The Aptio Setup Utility main menu should appear.

3. Enter Settings and look for the ”Reset Configuration Data” or ”Factory reset” options.

4. Reset BIOS to factory data and save changes.

5. Exit Aptio and reboot your PC.

Second Option:

Step 1: Boot your Asus computer and wait for it to the Aptio Setup Utility window.

Step 2: Go to Security, expand the Secure Boot Control menu and ensure the secure boot option is disabled.

Step 3: Save and exit the tab, then restart your PC and wait for it to load Aptio Utility settings once again.

Step 4: Navigate to the Boot tab, disable these two options – Secure Boot and Fast Boot.

Step 5: Besides, enable CSM (Compatible Support Module).

Step 6: Save the change and restart the Asus computer. It should boot to the Windows operating system instead of Aptio Setup Utility.
