Windows 10: stuck in boot loop Bit locker automatically enabled itself without consent , no device...

PC Failing to boot ,requesting bit locker recovery key ,never enabled bit locker . Microsoft account not listing device ,but the device is listed under the Microsoft store elsewhere in the account profile . can access command prompt and bios .tried reregistering the device ASUS VIVOBOOK but Microsoft account does not recognise it .tried reverting to factory settings and keep files, tried uninstalling recent updates ,have tried various command prompts to bring up volume info . but unsure now how to proceed as i never enabled bit locker nor is it registered in my account

Win 10 no boot, bit locker is enabled

I have a Dell laptop that will not boot into windows 10 (BSOD 0x0000000f) but pc has bit locker enabled. How can I troubleshoot or perform repairs to windows with bit locker enabled and no ability to boot into windows?

 

Windows 10 and bit locker

I have a Dell Venue 8 pro tablet with windows 10. I am not too sure what happened but it is stuck in a diagnostic loop. I have tried to reinstall windows but have run into bit locker. I have not used bit locker not have I ever enabled it. I cannot
access the control panel to disable it, I have gone the bit locker recovery key routine and still am unable to get anywhere on reinstalling windows. Install is telling my that it cant use my c drive because of bit locker and to go into control panel to
disable it. I am also unable to perform any kind of repair. the message is that there is a problem and tells me nothing else, chkdsk shows errors but says the disk is write protected (?) . I am kinda stuck on this one

Daughter laptop requesting bit locker recovery key.

She didn't change anything.

But overnight, its now requesting this. So assume an update occurred, that impacted this.

Ive checked our MS account and there no recovery keys there. He device is not even listed.

Is there a workaround, or fix. Ive looked at the support notes, and don't have a print out of the key or usb stick etc..

any help would be appreciated. As were stuck on the blue screen Bit locker screen.
