Windows 10: Stuck in "Cannot Complete Updates" Loop

Okay, so Windows on my wife's laptop decided to do an update yesterday. It was stuck for ages on 7% then went to "Restarting" but sat there for over an hour. Checking reputable sites on the internet, said to reboot - which I tried, but it went back to trying to install updates, said it was at 7% then went to Restarting and then sat there again for over an hour. Rebooted a second time and this time it came up with the "Cannot Complete Updates" and again sat like this for nearly an hour. Tried another reboot, it came back to this screen again but after about 20 minutes then said it was "Restar

These are the only three devices with warning triangles. The PS/2 keyboard and mouse were listed before. The JMB 36X is new.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
