Windows 10: Stuck in infinite boot loop after "Reset this PC" option

I went into settings and pressed "reset this pc" and followed the prompts. I selected the option where it reinstalls Windows from cloud download. Everything went fine during the reset until I noticed it was in a loop:-the Lenovo logo appears-"Welcome" appears under the Lenovo logo-Goes to a blue screen saying something along the lines of "installing Windows 64%". This screen shows for a split second, then goes back to the first point in this list.Already tried force shutting it down 3-4 times and still no recovery screen.Laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad 130-151KB with Windows 10.

Infinite Boot Loop

My HP notebook is infinitely rebooting, after choosing the option in windows 10 'Reset your PC'. It got stuck at 2 percent after 12 hours, I shut it down. I do not have a recovery disk and don't know how to get to the advanced boot menu.

it is always taking me to “why did my pc restart?” Any solution to this problem?

 

Windows 10 Factory Reset Infinite Boot Loop

As you are facing issue with Boot loop, I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps provided below:

• Go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10
  installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.

After the repair is complete, check for status.
