Windows 10: Stuck in Loop: Windows 10 Cumulative Update 2021-01

I installed the attached update, and the "Restart Required, Status: Pending restart" prompt appears. After restarting, it comes back. Windows isn't recognizing the update. Windows build 19041.685. Thanks for ideas.

Windows Update Stuck

My Windows Update 2018-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4056892) is stuck at 99%. Any suggestions? Thanks!

 

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240
