Windows 10: Stuck in recovery mode - winload.exe broken

Hello, recently my windows 10 desktop pc will boot in recovery mode showing the error code 0xc000000e and saying the file written below is missing or contains errorsFile: \Windows\system32\winload.exeError code: 0xc000000eI used an old laptop to make a windows 10 recovery drive using a 16GB USB. When I start the desktop up I enter boot mode and the usb I inserted doesn’t come up as a boot option, I tried the other options but they did not work. Options in. The boot menu are as follows- Hard Disk- CDROM- USB-FDD- USB-ZIP- USB-CDROM- USB-HDD- Legacy Lan I have been unable to enter BIOS setup by

For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),

I understand that you are unable to boot the PC normally as it is stuck in recovery mode.

1. Were there any recent updates installed on the PC?
   
2. What is the exact make and model of the PC?
   

I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.



Method 1:



Boot the PC into safe mode with networking and check if you are able to login. Refer the article to

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10, refer the section
From a black or blank screen.



Method 2:



Perform a system restore to revert the PC back to the state when everything was working fine. Refer the article

Recovery options in Windows 10, refer the section
Use installation media to restore or reset your PC.



Note:
Do not reset the PC; resetting the PC will remove all the data and installed programs from the PC.

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.
