Windows 10: Stuck in Recovery Mode

Hello,I have been stuck in recover mode for a while, and I've been looking for solutions online, but have had no success. The only option under recovery mode that manages to get me somewhere is the option to boot up windows in safe mode; I can't boot it up in network mode or any other modes. Within safe mode, I have tried to apply several fixes that I found online into the Command Prompt, including:Sfc /ScannowDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image/ ScanHealthDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image/ CheckHealthDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image/ RestoreHealth With the "RestoreHealth" command I ended up getting an error say

android recovery and kernel.img

For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),

I understand that you are unable to boot the PC normally as it is stuck in recovery mode.

1. Were there any recent updates installed on the PC?
   
2. What is the exact make and model of the PC?
   

I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.



Method 1:



Boot the PC into safe mode with networking and check if you are able to login. Refer the article to

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10, refer the section
From a black or blank screen.



Method 2:



Perform a system restore to revert the PC back to the state when everything was working fine. Refer the article

Recovery options in Windows 10, refer the section
Use installation media to restore or reset your PC.



Note:
Do not reset the PC; resetting the PC will remove all the data and installed programs from the PC.

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.
