Windows 10: Stuck in restart loop when downgrading windows 11 back to 10 need help

I downloaded windows 11 earlier today but it turned off my secure boot and i was unable to turn it back on so i decided to go back to windows 11. however when it tries to restore it always pops up to a blue screen saying it ran into an error and has to restart , system service exception and also says what failed: Ntfs.sys . when the blue screen is not there it is on a full black screen apart from the white loading circle and text- restoring your previous version of windows... there is no cursor so my mousepad is useless , when i try to power off 3/4 times to try and get in the recovery mode no

STUCK ON WINDOWS 10 DOWNGRADE. PLEASE HELP

So I upgraded to windows 10 but decided to downgrade back to windows 7. I'm stuck in a loop for the downgrade. It keeps saying loading files...then shows windows 10 with the loading circle. It never seems to show anything else. PLEASE ANY HELP. IM FINE
