Windows 10: Stuck in “restarting” after windows 11 reset with clean drive

I did a factory reset, with clean drive option, of my windows 11 Laptop and it is now stuck at “restarting” screen with spinning dots for more than 3 hours. I don’t want to hit power button and do a force shutdown. Are there any other options? After reading another discussion thread i removed the wireless usb mouse and then tried ctrl+alt+del but that didn’t help. There are no other usb peripheral connected.

Windows 11 Stuck Resetting At 84%
