Windows 10: Stuck in S mode

To whoemever can help me, I’ll be appreciate it big time.

Lately I’ve been trying to download software from chrome (utorrent to be specific) but everytime I try to launch it when to it’s done downloading, a pop up says

“It’s time to update your device”, “To continue receiving alp recommendations, update now” With the two options of either going to microsoft store or “update now” with the bottom saying “still want to install apps from outside microsoft store? see how” with the “see how” redirecting me to the microsoft store, where it says “your device is not running in S mode”.

I tried clicking on update now, which takes me to the update section of settings and it says “You’re up to date” even after I recheck for updates.

So I’m really confused, I’m running Windows 10 Pro and it’s not in S mode however whenever I want to download software from chrome it says I can’t because I’m in S mode and I can’t update microsoft store either cause it’s at its latest version.

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

to check for any hardware issues and fix it automatically. To run the Troubleshooter, follow these steps:

  On the search bar, type
  Troubleshooting
  and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  Choose
  Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Click on
  Hardware and Devices
  to run the troubleshooter.

Plane mode stuck

Try these steps to disable the Airplane mode.

Step 1: Open Settings, and select or tap on the
Network & Internet icon.

Step 2. Select or tap on Airplane mode on the left side to turn
on or off Airplane mode on the right side.
