Windows 10: Stuck in safe boot mode, PIN not working and bitlocker active.

Hi all,i find myself in a tricky situation that i'm gonna to explain:We have a office workstation that we bought a couple of years ago, we use a PIN with windows hello for the login and there is bitlocker active on C disk.Last week we upgraded to windows 11 and then it started to crash every 10 minutes. I decided to boot in safe mode to do some debug and then here we are with this tricky situation:- PIN doesn't work, sayin' that something went wrong.- PIN configuration crash when we try to click on it.- When we try to use password login it doesn't work, and if we try the forgotten password pro

Computer got stuck on Safe Mode

Hi David,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As your computer is stuck in Safe Mode, try these steps.

• Press Win + R key on the keyboard and in the run Window type
  msconfig.
• Click the Boot tab and uncheck Safe boot if it is selected.

Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10  


I am stuck in Safe Mode in spite of following all the suggested steps to go back to Normal Startup - Like opening file location of msconfig.exe & running as Administrator. The computer I am trying to get out of safe mode has just been updated from Windows 7.
