Windows 10: Stuck in safe mode with no admin access.

I put my laptop in safe mode because I was having issues with it. Now I can't get out of safe mode because I don't have access to my admin account. My "PIN isnt available" and because of this I recieve an error. I have been trying to fix it for days now. I've been told to use the Windows 10 media creation tool but I'm not sure what to do after I get into the recovery environment.

I am not suggesting using bcdedit commands. I am providing a method for escaping the Safe mode boot loop you are stuck in, "Is there any other way to get back into the computer?".

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

Thanks, this didn't work as windows setup doesn't see the contents of the drive where windows is installed, just a file called "recovery".

Thanks, yes, I a do have safe mode with networking. but safe mode isn't utilizing the active connection at the login screen and is wanting a local account password, which is not set. This explains why remote desktop login never worked - there's no local account password set. I'm calling Microsoft. Thanks for your suggestions here folks, I appreciate it!
