Windows 10: Stuck in system recover page and can't remmeber my account

My laptop start constantly restart and requires repair since last few months. When I open it again today, I found that it requires me to enter the recovery key to get going again. However, the laptop use a new account created by my family member and non of us can rememeber the password. As a result, the computer failed to repair, I can only stuck on the system restart screen. And without the key, I can't even try to format the computer. I can see the recovery key ID but I really don't remember the account name and password. Please help me. Thanks a lot.

Hi, you would need to describe exactly what you have done step by step as the possibilities in your minimal description are many. We don't even know for sure exactly where your original disk is or what method you have used, so no point suggesting data recovery methods yet. I could provide a page of questions, but better if you take the initiative as a list a. I .... b. Then I ... c. ... Thanks.

 

Chrome is stuck at "establishing secure connection..." on all pages

Had my hands on the solution once, forgot the trick, but here it was

I only needed step 3. to fix my challenge, no reboot, no restart of chrome. It worked straight away.
100% the solution I needed.

Been battling this challenge for months on several machines with different profiles to no prevail.
Most of the suggestions in here and other places have been tried without success. So this solution is it.


Have now documented it, it seems to return for some reason.

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
