Windows 10: Stuck in System_Thread_Exception_Not_Handled loop

Today when I turned on my laptop and logged in, I noticed that it was running very slow, so I checked Task Manager and saw that “System Interupt” was using 99.5% of my cpu. After about 20 seconds the computer bluescreened. Error code was “System_Thread_Exception_Not_Handled. When it restarted, after about 20 seconds, it blue screened again. And again and again. Sometimes before restarting it says that its repairing my C drive, but that only takes a couple seconds.
I uninstalled my dedicated gpu’s driver in Safe mode but it didn’t help.
Please help

Stuck in a loop after windows performed repair

We understand your concern and we will provide the information required to help you resolve the issue.

As per the information that you have provided, I suggest that you perform Power Drain as you are stuck in a loop and this might help you access the desktop screen. To learn how to perform this follow the steps below

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power
  cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system
