Windows 10: Stuck in Troubleshoot Menu, No Option for Reset PC

Hello! Woke up this morning to find my computer unable to boot properly. Attempting to startup leads to the menu for choosing keyboard layout, then "Choose an option" menu with Troubleshoot and Turn off PC.Within Advanced Options, these are all I have: Startup Repair: Fails without any log messagesCommand Prompt: tried sfc returns windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation windows 10, and chkdsk returns volume is write protected. Uninstall update: both options for quality and feature update fails without significant feedback message.UEFI Firmware SettingsSystem R

No "Reset This PC" option

• Could you please provide more clarity on, “On original hard disk the WinRE recovery partition was last partition. On new hard disk that partition had moved to first position”?

Windows 10 stuck at resetting this pc 1%

Resetting Windows 10 is an ideal solution for users to fix system problems or software compatibility issues. However, things might get complicated when your PC gets stuck or freeze while resetting. We recommend following these steps to resolve the issue:

• Fix Windows 10 fail to reset issue by hard booting PC and performing a clean reset:

• Press power key for 8-10 seconds to start a hard boot. Do this for three to four times.
• Enter Windows 10 Automatic repair options.
• Try a clean reset from the Automatic repair options.

• Download Windows 10 ISO file and perform a clean install in your PC.

• Download Windows 10 ISO installation file.
• Perform a clean install of Windows 10.
• Try performing a clean reset again.

Unable to reset the pc

Hello,

If you are having that message while trying to reset your computer, We suggest you to create an installation media for Windows 10 using Media
Creation Tool and perform a Reset.

Once the installation media is created, follow the steps below:

• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot. From there, you can use Safe Mode. Select
  Advanced Options >Reset This PC>Remove everything.
• After the reset is complete, check for status.
