Windows 10: Stuck in Undoing changes made to your computer and restarts pc again

I update my windows 11 last night, and it’s been on this same “Undoing changes made to your computer” and goes to a blue screen “Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart” I’ve done many solutions like using short cuts, turn my pc off for 20 seconds, unplugging my power cable, and trying to get to the start up repair or trouble shoot pages but it seems like it’s impossible since I can’t get to the trouble shoots nor reset my pc properly, can somebody please help? I’ve been stuck in this same loop and haven’t found anything to fix this. I haven’t installed any hardware to my pc, I’ve

I have a Asus BR1100CKA-CE1-CA. It's 3 months old. It was running Windows 10. I dowmloaded and tried to install Windows 11. The laptop does a restart and then displays it is trying to undo changes to the PC for a while. Then it restarts and displays tje message again. It has been in this loop for hours. I tried the suggestions to get to the recovery options but none of those work. I can't get to the recovery screen.

 

Undoing changes made to your computer STUCK

Hi guys, I was trying to install the new update for windows and everything was going smoothly until it got stuck at round 30% on the loadup screen and was undoing changes. It took a while and i thought restarting it would allow me to normally log in but
i was wrong, after a few consecutive tries i think i may have broken it and it keeps restarting itself in a loop saying "Undoing changes made to your computer". I cant get to the advanced startup menu by restarting it 3 times nor safe mode thorugh f8, please
helpp.

 

Windows10 Upgrade from Windows 7(Undoing changes made to your computer)

Hi, I am getting this error (Undoing changes made to your computer) while upgrading Windows 10 from Windows 7.

Below Steps I followed.

1. Downloaded 'Create Windows 10 Installation Media' from below URL.

Download Windows 10

2. Upgrade this PC now

3. Installed Windows 10

4. System Restarted and then followed this error(Undoing Changes made to your computer).

Please suggest.
