Windows 10: Stuck in Windows 10 1703 version, unable to update to the latest one

Hello, recently i´ve been trying to update to the latest windows version, but im unable to, since the updates keep failing, i migrated from windows 7 to 10, i have been experiencing various errors when trying to open a app, so thats why i wanted to update it, i have thought about reinstalling windows but i dont have a USB, Disk or drive, i´ll post my specs here if that helps-intel HD 3000-I3-2310-M

Stuck on version 1703

Hello!

I am new here and thank you for any support. Well, my Windows 10 is stucked on version 1703 build 15063.138 and as an Insider I've receiving the updates but it always fail. Right now it tried to install Windows 10 Insider Preview 16179.1000 (rs_prerelease) but failed again. I tried run a lot of tips trying to cure the problem. What would you suggest?

Unable to update Window 10 Pro version 1607 to version 1709

Have made several attempts to update Windows 10 version 1607 to the latest version 1709 and have not been successful.

I've done the following per some suggestions found online:

• Updated drivers
• Ran the Trouble Shooter for Windows 10 (Errors found were shown to be "Fixed" per the tool)
• Unplugged the printer
• Ran the DISM.exe

Although not at every attempt, I have received the following errors:

• 0xc1900101 - 0x30018
• 0x900704c7

Can someone please advise me as to what the errors are and provide me with the steps to update Windows.
