Windows 10: Stuck in Windows 11 Mode Troubleshoot screen/Bluescreen of death when clicking Start...

Hello, I recently encountered an issue with my Windows PC after accidentally deleting the **x64/audio/sfx/ANIMALS.rpf** file while trying to remove a graphics pack for **FiveM/GTA5**. I permanently deleted it from the trash, which caused my PC to behave erratically. I attempted a **system restore**, but it resulted in my PC being stuck in a **Windows 11 mode loop** where I can no longer **restore or reset** the system. Safe mode is also inaccessible. When I try to reset my PC using both reset options, I receive an error message saying, **"There’s a problem resetting your PC."** I've a

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

I have been facing a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) problem in my PC since last week, but it was not that frequent. it normally displays one or time in day, but today I faced it consecutively three times within 15 min . Every time my PC gets restarted automatically, the same problem occurs in 5 minutes. It shows the prompt "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal windows 11." and what failed: rtux64w10.sys. Could someone please help me fix this?
