Windows 10: Stuck on a repair loop

My computer is stuck in an automatic repair loop and I don't know my admin password on my computer so I can't do any of the tools to try and fix it. How do I fix this?

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power
  cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system

BIOS stuck in a loop.

Stuck in startup repair boot loop, C drive is in RAW

I am not getting that error now. So I don't remember the exact words. Now after 'preparing for automatic repair' and spinning dots, windows starts and I see this screen.

After running startup repair using the bootable win 10 usb, I got this error.





How do I check esp partition and what exactly do I check in it?

How do I format it and recreate the boot critical files? Please share step by step methods.I'm doing all this for the first time.
