Windows 10: Stuck on a unique blue screen error please help!

So, I was transferring a game setup form my pendrive to my LaptopDell and left for like 5 min after the transferring was finished but when I returned I noticed that the laptop got turned offautomatically, then I tried to turn it but it showed a very unique blue screen error saying "Your device ran into a problem and needs a restart. We'll restart for you" and I was like ok it will restart but no this thing keep restarting for 2 day non-stop and I am stuck in this loop with each time have the same error message. So I checked youtube cause most of the time the have solutions but this one was

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
