Windows 10: Stuck on Automatic repair with no way of getting new windows

Hi there, windows support team. I am currently writing this on another computer in which I can access the internet. I am currently stuck on this blue screen that says "automatic repair". It says it couldn't repair my PC. And, whenever I click advanced options, none of the options work. I can't even reinstall windows. I believe it is because of my hard drive, but I do not want to get a new one because I have spent too much money on them. I am stuck in a loop and even when I turn off my PC, it doesn't work as well. If I click "continue and exit to windows 10" it doesn't work as well. I am curren

I need a step by step guide to create a bootable usb for windows 10 to install on my laptop that is stuck at automatic repair

 

Stuck at Automatic repair mode while installing Windows Updates.

Still on preparing automatic repair

It is still stucking i can not even rebooth my windows

Can u help me to get into recovery options pls

 

Stuck in Automatic Repair screen

As the title says I'm stuck in the Automatic Repair screen and want to get out of it. I've been thinking of getting a new computer so I thought that maybe I could find a way to either unlock this and get the files out with a flash drive or if I can't get out of the screen, get the files in the Automatic repair screen. So, is there a way to either get out or the Automatic repair screen without fully resetting my computer or a way to use a flash drive to get my files whilst in the Automatic repair screen.
