Windows 10: Stuck on BitLocker after update, I have no key

My Windows surface pro 4 crashed while I was working on a very important project. When I tried turning it on again, the first that showed up was that it was doing an update so I waited for it to be over. Once it was completed, the screen turned black. It was on, I could see a light, but the screen was black. I waited for a while, but nothing happened so I pressed the power button to turn it off.When I turned it on again, it now shows the BitLocker screen. I tried going on my personal Microsft account, but the only device on the account was my old PC. I still tried the key of that old PC but i

Bitlocker Stuck Decrypting

@rinconmike For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'. Another option is to use software.
