Windows 10: Stuck on Bitlocker screen - Asus

I tried to do a reset on my computer and now it is giving the stupid Bitlocker key question, but for some reason it doens't show on my account. How can I get out of the blue screen and do a full reset, none of the options that I got thus far works :

@rinconmike For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'. Another option is to use software.
