Windows 10: Stuck on black screen after the reset to activate bitlocker, is this normal?

I activated bitlocker and reinstalled an audio driver, both required a restart and when prompted to do so after the driver, I selected restart now. First, it showed all the programs I had preventing the restartwhich was a lot I wasn't prepared and I let it sit for them to close properly. Rather then restart, the screen flashed and took me to the log-in screen where I typed in my pin and got back to my dashboard where everything was still in the exact same state as I left it. I didn't think the system restarted.I then went to the power button icon, clicked the restart button, and after the "w

• When you say that "it needs more time or it stuck somehow", what is the current status of the issue? Is the computer still stuck at black screen or in process of resetting the computer?

If the computer in process of resetting, then I suggest you to wait for some time.

Bitlocker Stuck Decrypting

@rinconmike For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'. Another option is to use software.

My pc is stuck at Black screen with cursor

Hello There Everyone.

I shutdown my pc yesterday after work after 12 hours i open it but i am stuck with black screen. I tried my steps to open it but it dosen't work.
Steps i did
*i tried to startup repair on advance menu
*i have reset the pc ( its says problem occured)
*i have Uninstalled recent update.
My pc specs
*Acer Veriton
*64 bit
*windows 10
Please help me to solve out
