    Stuck on boot loop after updating NVIDIA driver


    I own an Acer Predator Helios 300 and have just recently tried updating my NVIDIA graphics drivers. Upon installation, however, my laptop crashed and is now stuck on a boot loop! It cannot detect the issue either. I also unfortunately do not have any backups of my drive.

    Is there any way I can fix this? I’m a pretty big computer noob so I don’t wanna screw things up. Should I just go to best buy instead? Thanks.

    • Did you get any error messages?
    • Have you tried to boot in Safe mode?

    These are the only three devices with warning triangles. The PS/2 keyboard and mouse were listed before. The JMB 36X is new.
