Windows 10: Stuck on "Choose your Keyboard Layout" after updating Windows 10

hi as of today right before i can end my night by shutting down my laptop (Acer Aspire with Windows 10) and I see update and shut off computer. me in my mood ready to sleep click on it and proceed to take a rest. the next morning, i dont know about this im going to explain everything that happen during this moment, i pressed the power button and the laptop is turning on like it always do but here is where something weird caught my attention i saw a glimpse of a black box (looks like a command prompt?) flashes and then gone. after that instead of going to my computer screen i get a blue screen with "choose your keyboard layout" clicked on US and it brought me to a blue screen with 2 option it says "choose and option" which is troubleshoot and turn off your pc. clicked on troubleshoot and then 6 more option is given which is 1. system restore, 2. go back to the previous version, 3. system image recovery, 4. startup repair, 5. command prompt and 6.UEFI firmware settings. I tried all of them by surfing around google how other people deal with this problem except no.6 and none of them works. any suggestions on how to fix this problem is gladly appreciated and planning to wait here around 4-5 days before sending back to the shop where i bought it to take a look. It would be great to fix this matter as soon as possible because my work depend on it. Thank you in advance and have a nice day!

Windows 10 stuck on choose keyboard layout


Windows 10 upgraded my computer today. The problem I am having right now that I am stuck on choose keyboard layout auto repair screen. My keyboard works but when light goes out on keyboard and mouse I am not able to actively select any layout. Does anyone know how I fixed this issue.
